Okay so did someone already do this? Logan Echolls is actually Chase Graves? During his time in the military he got close with a member of the Graves family. When he got out he easily got a gig at Fillmore Graves and could work remotely from Neptune to still be with Veronica. But when he went to the picnic and became a zombie (Veronica was on a case and couldn’t go???), he knew he couldn’t risk going back to her, so he faked his death. Since he was so loyal to the Graves family, they let him take their name and he got a lofty promotion and family backstory. Now he’s just hoping Ravi pulls through with a cure so he can get back to Veronica. (Meanwhile hooking up with Liv casually just to get some blonde action…)
